Charles is the founder and visionary of Blueprint 360, a Houston-based RIA, with the sole purpose of making financial planning and professional investment management advice available to everyone - regardless of their income or net worth. There he utilizes a consulting-based approach to educate and empower his clients to take action and reach their wealth potential without sacrificing their lifestyle.

Outside of Blueprint 360, Charles is involved in several nonprofit and civic organizations. He is the past chair of the FPA Diversity Committee and current member of the Center of Financial Planning Diversity Advisory Task Force.

A speaker on a variety of financial planning topics, Charles has been quoted by several publications including Forbes, US News, and Financial Planning Magazine.
