Season 05 Episode 44 - Navigating the Difficulties of Retaining Good Talent as a Fee-Only RIA featuring: Raquel Hinman

About our guest…

Raquel is an Erie, Colorado-based CFP® and owner of Hinman Financial Planning, a Fee-Only Registered Investment Adviser.

She help clients navigate the financial and non-financial issues that accompany major life transitions, specializing in working with people who have inherited money, gone through a divorce, or are preparing to retire.  She also help people anticipate changes in their finances and guide them in making the right financial choices to help them preserve and protect their wealth, all while honoring what is most important to them.

Raquel earned your CFP in 1998 after realizing early on in you career that helping people with money involved more than just crunching numbers.

During this time she has had the privilege of working with both the wealthy and middle-class, inheritors, divorcees, corporate executives, and business owners.  She decided she wanted to do more to help people with all aspects of their financial lives and these two desires culminated with her founding Hinman Financial Planning in 2015.

Her experience has helped to provide the support and guidance clients need to successfully navigate their own challenges.
